My primary goals are to get your house sold for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time! I work directly with homeowners, real estate agents and developers to create the best plan to prepare your home for sale in your market.

 

When working with vacant properties I will assess the flow and function of each room before determining furnishings that will represent the space in its best possible light. Highlighting key features and focal points.

 

Although there are many things you can do to your home that will help a sale  (clean, declutter, depersonalize), there are other things you'll want to take into consideration for your particular market. I want to make sure that you’re getting the best advice for your money. I perform my research by viewing competitive real estate in your area and working to understand the potential needs of your particular set of buyers. 

 

If I’m working directly with a homeowner, I will collaborate with your real estate agent so that we are sure to cover all angles. As a homeowner, if you plan to live in the home until it’s sold, I will make sure to take into consideration your functional needs, while helping you to plan for the next stage of moving.
